Progress Analysys of Interest Rates in EU and Influence on Company activity

Cílem bakalářské práce je prokázat, že úroková míra má významný vliv na investiční činnost podniku. K verifikaci toho tvrzení chci analyzovat vývoj úrokových sazeb v konkrétních zemích Evropské unie. Po sesbírání všech potřebných dat bude provedena analýza, která má za účel zjistit vliv výše úrokových měr na podnik a vzájemný vliv úrokových sazeb.The goal of the bachelor´s thesis is to prove that interest rate has undisputable influence on investment of company. To prove this statement I would like to analyze development of interest rate in specific countries of European Union. After collecting all necessary data I would like to examine what influence has the interest rate on company and mutual influence of interest rates.

Investment Construction in the Frame of the Regional Development

Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl vytvořit všeobecný přehled o fungování regionální politiky respektive politiky hospodářské, sociální a územní soudržnosti v Evropské unii a v České republice. V úvodu teoretické části je popsána historie EU, vznik a vývoj regionální politiky. Následuje charakteristika cílů, nástrojů a programů regionální politiky. Praktická část se zaměřuje na realizovaný projekt „Železniční přejezdy Frýdlant nad Ostravicí – Ostravice, který byl spolufinancovaný Evropskou unií v rámci Operačního programu Doprava.Abstract The aim of this study is to create a general knowledge about function of Regional, Cohesion policy in the European Union and in the Czech Republic. The introduction of the theoretical part describes the history of EU and the formation of regional policy. Then it characterizes main goals, instruments and programmes of the regional policy. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the completed project „Level crossings in the track section Frýdlant nad Ostravicí – Ostravice“, which was co-funded by the European Union under the Operational Programme Transport.

Evropeizace práva v právně teoretickém kontextu

Předložená publikace se zabývá vymezením evropského práva v procesu Evropeizace práva z hlediska právní teorie. Současná proměna práva, spočívající zejména v multicentrismu tvorby a pramenů práva, je důsledkem procesu evropeizace práva. Z externích faktorů k ní přispívá i proces globalizace práva a z interních faktorů sociální a ideová heterogenita a rostoucí komplexity pozdně moderní společnosti. Důsledkem jsou měnící se přístupy k interpretaci právních textů a aplikaci národního práva v souvislosti s implementací norem evropského práva. Proces evropeizace mění pohled na Evropskou unii a evropské právo a přispívá k evropeizaci právní doktríny.Předložená publikace se zabývá vymezením evropského práva v procesu Evropeizace práva z hlediska právní teorie. The recent change of law regards to the multicentrism of law making and pluralism of sources of law as the result of the process of the Europeanization of law. From more important external sources There is also more important external source regarding to globalisation of law. We can recognize same internal sources for the concept of legal multicentrism too, social and ideal heterogeneity and increasing complexity in a late modern society. Implementation of European law brings about the changes in approaches to interpreting legislative texts and application of national law. Process of the Europeanization is changing the vision of the European Union and European law and contributes to the Europeanization of legal doctrine

Utilization of EU funding for the realization the investment project in the municipality

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím financování ze zdrojů EU pro realizaci investičního záměru v obci. Hlavní náplní práce je analýza financování projektu. V práci je nejprve popsáno investiční rozhodování a možné zdroje financování. Seznámení se s regionální a strukturální politikou EU a jednotlivými evropskými fondy. V závěru je popsán konkrétní projekt rekonstrukce lokality ulic Masarykova – Krampolova ve městě Šternberk, kde je popsán postup a způsob financování.This thesis deals with the use of EU funding for the realization of the investment project in the municipality. The main work is to analyze the project. The work is first discussed investment decisions and sources of funding. Familiarity with the regional and structural policy of the EU and individual European funds. In conclusion, it describes a specific project for the reconstruction of streets locality Masarykova - Krampolova in Sternberk, which describes the procedure and method of financing.

Budoucnost evropské integrace po přijetí společné ústavy EU

The group of the four most powerful European countries hopes to agree on the final from of EU-convention by the end of 2003. The problem are several details, especially new voting system and the role of EU presidency. The most states are also afraid of loosing their national character and possibility to built independent legal acts. The convention means for them strong unification and removing decissions from member countries to the centrallevel in Brussels. If the draft is accepted at the summit in Brussels, the process of referendums in 25 counries will follow. The biggest obstacle is that the majority of citizens is not involved in this process and they do not receive enough information and support from their political representatives. For this reasons the possible referendums may delay the term after which the new convention will be valid, accepted and real

Project Financing by the Help of EU Funds

Diplomová práce se zabývá množnostmi získání dotací z fondů EU. Tuto dotaci chce strojírenská společnost použít pro financování účasti na zahraničním veletrhu. Práce pojednává o možnostech financování plánovaných projektů, postupu podání žádosti o dotaci a o následném postupu při získání či odmítnutí poskytnutí dotace.Master's thesis concerns ways of obtaining grants from funds from European Union. This grant want to company use for financing of presentation on external trade show. My thesis is about possibilities of financing projects, the procedure of application of grant and next steps - in case of acceptance or rejection of application.

Free Movement of Services in EU

Import 05/08/2014Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení směrnice o službách na vnitřním trhu, jako relativně nového dokumentu a tím i jejího významu v praktickém životě. Teoretická část se zabývá historií jednotného vnitřního trhu, jak se utvářel a jak vznikal. Dále je rozebrán rozdíl mezi dvěma částmi volného pohybu služeb – svobodou usazováním a volným pohybem služeb. Toto rozdělení je klíčové k pochopení této problematiky. Další částí této práce je rozbor Směrnice o službách. Tato směrnice byla podrobena analýze a v závěru kapitoly byl shrnut její hlavní význam a také její nedostatky. Rozbor judikátů Evropského soudního dvora pak uzavírá praktickou část. Tento rozbor sloužil k lepšímu pochopení obsahu směrnice o službách a také jiných směrnic, které byly na základě těchto judikátů vypracovány. Výstupem této práce pak je tvrzení, že současný stav volného pohybu služeb není naplno využit a stále je kam se zlepšovat.The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the Directive on services in the internal market being considered a relatively new document and its significance in the practical life. Theoretical part is dealing with the history of united internal market, its establishment and development. Further, there is a difference between two parts of the free movement of services described – the free establishment and the free movement of services. This division is the key one to understand this issue. Next part is dealing with analysis of the Directive on services in the internal market. This directive was analyzed and in the end of the chapter its importance and its deficiencies were summarized. Analysis of the European Court of Justice case-law is closing the last practical chapter of this thesis. This analysis was helpful to clearly understand the content of the Directive on services as well as the other directives based on these case-laws. The statement on the current situation as for free movement of services not being used fully and that there is still space for improvement is considered the outcome of the thesis.119 - Katedra právadobř

Proposal of the Project for Financing by the Help of EU Funds

Bakalářská práce pojednává o financování výzkumu, vývoje a inovací z veřejných zdrojů, zvláště ze Strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Obsahuje informace o podání registrační žádosti o dotaci na realizaci projektů na ochranu práv průmyslového vlastnictví.Bachelor's thesis deals with the financing of research, development and innovation from public sources, especially from the EU Structural Funds. It contains information on the submitting a registration application for a grant to implement the project for the protection of industrial property rights.
